A classic Japanese-style milk bread made with an enriched dough for a feather-soft, slightly sweet crumb that stays fresh longer than any bread has a right to. Perfect for sandwiches, French toast, or eating slice by slice straight from the loaf. Once you have had real milk bread, regular sandwich bread just does not cut it anymore. Baked fresh every Friday in Newbury Park. Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs.
