Sourdough English Muffins
Naturally leavened English muffins made with Billy Bread sourdough starter, sold by the half dozen (6 muffins). Each muffin is slow-fermented for flavor, cooked on a griddle, and loaded with the nooks and crannies that soak up butter the way English muffins are supposed to. Fork split them, toast them, and try not to eat three in a row. Baked fresh every Friday in Newbury Park. Order by Thursday. Contains wheat, dairy, and eggs.

“The Sourdough English Muffins are so much more versatile than I expected. Due to the medium-dense texture, mild flavor, and shape, I used them as biscuits, dinner rolls, and English muffins. I even used one as a substitute hamburger bun. I'm assuming they will freeze well - I have not had one left to try freezing! Please keep making these!!”
